Een middelgrote speler in Noord Brabant is momenteel op zoek naar een interim Continuous Improvement Manager voor 3-6 maanden. Het gaat om een bekende speler binnen de voedingsindustrie met meerdere plants binnen Europa.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
Als interim CI manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opstarten van het Continuous Improvement Programma. Hierin werk je nauw samen met de Plant Manager om de efficientie op de plant te verhogen en mensen te motiveren.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Opstarten CI programma
-Motiveren werknemers
-Implementatie Lean
-Geven van trainingen
-Overleg met het MT
REQUIREMENTS
-Meer dan 10 jaar ervaring in Operations, minimaal 5 jaar managementervaring
-Ervaring in de Food is een pre
-Achtergrond in Lean/Continuous improvement
