THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Chemicals organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.
The organisation is a large scale production environment of different types of half fabricates for industrial processing of consumer goods.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
In your role as interim Asset Manager you are responsible to assist in guiding and analyzing the current equipment in the production environment. This equipment varies from production lines and machinery till tanks that are located both on the in-and outside of the plant. The focus of this long term project is revolved around acquiring and maintaining a higher reliability percentage of the production equipment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Carrying out risk assessment studies (FMECA, FMEA, RCA, RBI's)
- Responsible for the correct documenting of all present machinery and equipment.
- Analyzing current maintenance tasks on effectiveness.
- Working together in a team of 2 Asset coördinators.
REQUIREMENTS
- Master's degree in Maintenance Management or related technical study.
- 6+ years working experience in a maintenance environment, preferably in an asset position.
- Experience in SAP PM, MM, SM.
- Strong analytical personality.
- Communicative strong in working together.
- Knowledge of ISO 55000 standards.
