For our client, a leading international supplier of high-performance plastic compounds and resins, with Shared Services Center located in Poznań, we are looking for Interim AP Manager.
On this position you will be fully responsible for the supervision of AP team. Your main duties will include overseeing AP processes, managing escalations on payment issues, monitoring, reweaving PTP policies, procedures etc., taking care of continuous improving processes, managing and motivating the AP team, also maintaining and establishing excellent internal and external working relationships.
You need to have excellent communication skills, profound understanding of the Procure to Pay process and strong managerial skills. Your previous experience (min. 3 years) in managing AP team in SSC environment will lead to your success. You need to speak fluent English and knowledge of other European language will be your strong asset.
