For our Client, new start-up in Krakow that is well-known international organization, we are currently looking for candidates for the position of Instructional System Designer.
Your new role
Holding this position you will be responsible for providing Instructional Design services and working closely with one of Global clients to conceptualise, design, and write highly interactive learning solutions (e-learning, instructor-led training, blended solutions) that target learning objectives and improve performance. You will provide Instructional System Design solutions; job task analysis, curriculum learning analysis, program and course design and development. You will also write course design documents, learning objectives, course content, scenarios, media scripts, practice activities, and assessments. Moreover, you will develop and evaluate learning plans and objectives as well as work cross-functionally with creative and technical departments to build client solutions.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful Candidate you have to hold 2-3 years of corporate experience with similar scope of duties as Instructional Designer/E-learning Specialist/Technical Writer. You must hold university degree, experience in designing large training projects, strong attention to details and excelled organizational skills. Also, you must be advanced user of MS Office packages. Due to work in international environments you must have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English language.
