We are currently looking for The Installation Connectivity Service Owner to join our Client form the Energy sector.
The Installation Connectivity Service Owner will be as a focal point for ongoing optimisation of technology, vendors and services providers to the company installation WAN and telecommunication. The key responsibility is to make sure the installation connections are constantly aligned and optimised in accordance with business requirements and is delivered through the most optimal mix of quality, cost and risk.
The Installation Connectivity Service Owner will act as facilitator of the governance for the installation connectivity setup involving stakeholders from TO, Operations and IT. He/she will hold the overall responsibility for the end to end WAN and telecommunication connectivity to-and from all installations.
Among broad responsibilities are:
-Overall responsibility for the end to end WAN and telecommunication connectivity to and from unit, as well as facilitation and management of any changes to the technology and bandwidth across all relevant teams and vendors. TO Department, Operations, IT Operations, Network/Firewall team, SOC team, ITC, SpeedCast, Orange BS, TDC, Axcess and NetDesign.
-Facilitate design and deploy WAN and telecommunication connectivity to and from units
-Continuous monitoring, analysis and suggest improvements for data and voice communication
-Governance on invoices and quotes submitted by telecommunication vendors and suppliers and being in control for submitted invoices
- Collaboration with IT Team members for upcoming improvements for telecommunication
- Provide input to RoFo for telecommunication OPEX
Travel id to be expected – up to 40% of working time.
