Globally recognized company, the world`s largest international multimedia news provider with SSC department in Tricity is now seeking for candidates to hold the position of Inside Sales Representative with French and Italian.
Your new role
Your new role will be accountable for promoting and selling company`s products through outbound and inbound telephone calls to existing and potential customers. You will be focused mainly on achieving and exceeding company and personal sales and telephone activity goals through negotiations and products offering. Your responsibilities will included building, maintaining and enhancing client`s experience through consultative knowledge coupled with excellent customer service and also qualifying potential customer through research of sales leads, dependent upon role occurs in either and inbound and outbound capacity.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful on this position you will need at least 2 years of experience in the field of sales/customer service. Knowledge of French, Italian and English language on at least C1 level is a must. Your experience in prospecting/cold calling or telephone sales will definitely help you to succeed in this position. You need to have knowledge of sales concepts, methods and techniques. Also ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion is highly desirable. Moreover, you should be very communicative person.
