Our client is a professional Biotechnology organization, based in Zuid-Holland Netherlands.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
You will be responsible for driving revenue at our customers on the phone and work closely together with the Sales team. Together you will deliver customer support and expand on client satisfaction with the goal to increase sales. Twice a week you will visit our key clients to offer assistance and maintain partnership
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute customer sales calls, and follow up on product inquiries
- Maintain partnerships with our customers
- Be able to effectively transfer the knowledge of our products to our customers
- Work closely together with the Sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
- identify Sales opportunities
- Develop technical presentation for our sales teams and our customers
REQUIREMENTS
- At least a Msc in Cell Biology, Microbiology, Immunology, Genomics, or similar
- Computer skills (MS Office, CRM)
- >3 Sales experience
- Good negotiations skills
- 2 years experience in an R&D environment or Laboratory experience
- Good customer relationship skills
- Knowledge of Dutch, English and German
