Infrastructure Engineer (German language)

Data Services is looking for a professional to work within a team which is responsible for end to end IT infrastructure support for one of the largest network of stores in Europe.
Job description
The engineer will be responsible for the technical support of the critical IT events that occurs in the store.
As Infrastructure Engineer you will follow standardized processes, you will carry out tasks according to the documentation and work instructions, you will be ensuring that any major outage in the store is driven smoothly to the resolution.
You will be also responsible for contacting technical teams and 3rd parties and for ensuring all work is completed in accordance with Customer and procedures.
Requirements
Essential:
•Solid knowledge and experience in Windows environment (Windows Server knowledge is welcome)
•General IT knowledge and understanding (hardware, databases and networking)
•VMWare environment awareness is an asset
Personal qualities:
•Flexible and well-motivated team player
•Able to work under pressure
•Commitment and ownership attitude
•Attention to details
Foreign Languages:
•German - Fluent (C1/B2)
•English - Very good (B2)
