Information Security Analyst

Currently, for our Client, we are looking for Candidates to fill a technical data governance position in Cracow.
The primary responsibility will be to ensure accuracy and completeness of the technical data that feeds the Company’s customer-exposed tools for Company Security Advisories.
Who You’ll Work With
The Company’s Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT) is a dedicated, global team that manages the receipt, investigation, and public reporting of security vulnerability information that is related to Company products and networks.
Responsibilities
- Managing the performance of the Data Governance processes ensuring that they meet and exceed its Key Personal Indicators
- Communicating security defect resolution status and escalate critical issues
- Prioritizing and identifying resources, coordinating product impact assessment and fixing
- Accurately maintaining product vulnerability data in Company’s internal tools
- Responding to and assisting with customer-impacting requests on an as-needed basis
- Monitoring the requests are carried out on a timely basis to ensure SLA is achieved
- Ensure all data requests are being carried out on a timely basis
- Controlling and monitoring user access to the database
- Monitoring and optimizing the performance of the database
- Planning for backup and recovery of database information
- Carrying out reporting, SLA calculations and trending analysis: weekly / monthly / quarterly reports (Excel and PowerPoint format)
Minimum Qualifications
- BS or BA degree preferred
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Ability to work collaboratively and remotely with others to accomplish goals
- 2+ years of data entry / data governance experience
Desired Skills
- Familiarity with Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVE)
- Knowledge of industry practices for responsible disclosure of security threats and product vulnerabilities
- Understanding the roles and responsibilities of other teams and how to best leverage their skills in the resolution of security incidents
- Proven experience dealing with escalated, customer-facing issues (security preferred)
