Responsibilities:

- transfer of service requirements to operational level;
- analysis of CallCenter processes;
- process design and monitoring;
- handling with Customer escalations;
- contact with: Customer, Headquarter and Service Level Manager;
- daily reporting the analysis of calls;
- implementation, establishment and check out the technical solutions in the ServiceDesk;
- knowledge collection and distribution;
- quality checks;
- training of agents.

Requirements:

- excellent communication skills (speaking and writing) in English or German or Russian;
- at least secondary education;
- team leadership skills;
- technical background;
- analysis and optimization skills;
- process understanding;
- experience in knowledge distribution;
- high operational and willingness to travel;
- project management knowledge;
- pro Customer attitude;
- engagement and inquisitiveness;
