Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
In the position you are responsible for support for the countries the company working with, therefore fluent in English and German is preferred.
You are responsible for the self service tools, Reward and Recognition systems, how to use and access these. You provide user support on how to initiate HR transactions and audit data entry.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for providing training, presentations to staff and manager and answering questions relating to HR programmes and systems. You manage calls via the case management system. Maintain the database the system is working.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree
- Fluent in English and German
- Experience with providing guidance on systems
