Main duties and responsibilities:
- Health and Safety Managing and Supervision
- Keeping and developing HSE full range of documentation for construction site
- Management of Safety Analysis, Risk Identification, Evaluation and Audit
- Site and Document complience / report
- Responsible for employees and subcontractors safety and health requirement adherence
- Responsible for Training programs
- Reports on statistics and key performance indicators
Requirements:
- Higher education - Health & Safety preferable.
- 2 years proven record experience in a managerial position in the area of HSE on the industry projects
- Very good English and Dutch language skills – using on daily basis in business cases;
- Outstanding knowledge of the HSE regulations industry
- References welcomed
- Knowledge of the oil & energy industry would be an asset
- Team management skills, communication efficiency
- Analytical thinking skills,
- Effectiveness in stressful situations
