We are working closely with our client, global research-driven pharmaceutical company, the indisputable word leader and we are looking to build and grow their business and the HRIS Analyst will be instrumental in this development. The HRIS Team's overall goal is to support and develop Workday to meet the needs of company.

Talented HRIS Analyst who will join their HRIS team, will be responsible for being hands on in setting up system, making configurations and maintaining business processes. As such, you will be responsible for integrations between Workday and other systems, ensuring the integrations run with no problems, trouble shoot and develop them as needed in collaboration with relevant stakeholders (HR colleagues, IT/SAP-team, Finance, external consultants for technical developments). You will work closely with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and execute them through successful project management, implementation and testing, work with key stakeholders to identify, design and deliver dashboards, reports and analytics. As a HRIS Analyst you will be responsible for projects functionality in Workday, support the business with creating projects in WD, develop the area, training etc. In addition, you will provide guidance, training and support to HR colleagues on HRIS/Workday processes and tools to ensure that Workday is used the correct way. When needed also guidance, training and support to managers and employees directly. The key responsibilities include also, making decisions and giving recommendations on how to best set up Workday to meet the needs of the organization/key stakeholders. Therefore as a HRIS Analyst you should have a constant eye out for how to improve procedures and services. Especially in relation to optimizing and globalizing HR processes and in relation to delivering reports/dashboards for decision making. You should have a strong focus on consciously optimizing the setup within Workday to ensure it is as optimal as possible. This includes keeping up to date with new innovation and features delivered from Workday in releases and leveraging these. The HRIS Analyst works globally to support and deliver on needs and has a co-responsibility for ensuring correct use of and always updated data in Workday.

The Desire Candidates for the position should have a master degree in Business, Information Systems, HR or related area, Workday training (fundamentals and training within certain areas), minimum 5 years of experience from another global/international company and preferably experience from working in international projects and knowledge of ERP and HRMS. Of the person holding this position, we also expect t echnical and analytical skills including Microsoft Excel and understanding of integrations, p roject management skills – knowing how to plan and execute tasks/mini-projects, basic understanding of HR processesand, with fluently English. We are looking for a worker who will have very structured approach to working, who will be service and customer focused, proactive, accountable and ambitious.
