- English Speaker
- Experienced team coordinator (even small team supervision counts)
Key responsibilities:
- Relocating work and team management;
- Preparing reports and present them to HR director
- Providing support for employee queries requiring subject matter expertise on HR related questions from employees, managers and human resources;
- Monitoring new legal changes and ensuring legal compliance at country and regional level
- Support country audits, and provide country/regional HR reports;
- Send changes/ additions to insurance brokers, benefits providers, pension providers etc. for insurance enrolment, termination, change of personal details, etc.
