For our client, international company, established and fast-growing enterprise software provider, we are looking for:
HR Generalist
Ref. no: 41462Permanent job
Location: Wrocław
- coordination of the recruitment process, preparing job specifications, briefing agencies, reviewing applications and arranging interviews/assessments
- maintaining detailed employee documentation (personnel files, pay and sickness benefits slips, timesheets)
- drafting employment agreements, termination agreements, issuing employment certificates, induction and on boarding of new starters
- management reporting to support UK HR team
- supporting the coordination of the annual pay review process and relevant bonus schemes including preparation of documentation and communication.
- drafting the pay list, deducting social security (ZUS) premiums and personal income tax
- drafting declarations to ZUS, the Tax Office, GUS, PFRON
- clearing employee travel expenses
- drafting vacation plans, maintaining a record and processing employee vacation
- overseeing periodic employee health examinations
- maintaining a record of sick leaves
- oversee Health and Safety for the site, including safety at work training
- providing advice and support to managers on company policy and general employee relations matters, including coordination of disciplinary procedures and performance management cases
- higher education in a relevant field and min. 5 years of experience on a similar position
- excellent command of written and verbal English
- excellent command of MS Office, including exel
- good command of Symfonia and Płatnik HR and payroll systems
- good command of the rules and provisions on social security, personal income tax and Labour Code
