HR Specialist
Location: WrocławWithin this position you will be responsible for:
- Providing guidance and advice to HR Partners through compensation processes
- Implementation and administration of compensation practices
- Assisting with other compensation and benefits related projects
- Supporting and cooperation with the HR Partners and managers through disciplinary processes
- HR Compliance Focal Point
- Providing ongoing operational and labor law support for employees and managers
- Delivering internal trainings regarding working time rules for employees and managers
- Keeping HR databases / systems up-to-date, accurate and comply with relevant legislation
- Regular and ad-hoc reporting, analysis and/or statistics
- Preparation reports and analyses for HR purposes
What is expected frm the candidates?
- At least 3 years of similar experience in HR department
- Practical knowledge about Polish working time systems
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience in labor law
- Interpersonal and customer-facing skills
- Analytical skills
- English and Polish fluent (writing and speaking)
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
