 For our client, a manufacturing company, we are looking for:

HR Specialist

Location: Poznań

Responsibilities:
  • Cooperation with outsourcing Company providing payroll service (needed experience with payroll administration)
  • Preparing all work related to: wages, salaries (basic and additional) and social costs (employees, homeworkers, service employees, trainees)
  • HR Reporting 
  • Responsibility for administration of time registration system, follow up
  • Cooperation by communication with representative group of Employee
  • Cooperation by communication with work council group
  • Contact with job agencies (contracts, sending attendance list, recruitment processes)
  • Interview with potential candidates
  • Monitoring of changes in Labour law
  • Contacts with state institutions (ZUS, US – tax office, Urząd Pracy - Labour office)
     

Requirements:
  • University degree
  • minimum 3 years’ Experience in HR Department (prefer - by Production company)
  • English skills – advanced or intermediate 
  • HR business administration – Experience (RCP, SAP (welcome))
  • Self-confident person, reliable, positive and flexible thinking, stress resistant
  • This person can be able to say “NO”
