For our client, a manufacturing company, we are looking for:
HR Specialist
Ref. no: 30040Permanent job
Location: Poznań
Responsibilities:
- Cooperation with outsourcing Company providing payroll service (needed experience with payroll administration)
- Preparing all work related to: wages, salaries (basic and additional) and social costs (employees, homeworkers, service employees, trainees)
- HR Reporting
- Responsibility for administration of time registration system, follow up
- Cooperation by communication with representative group of Employee
- Cooperation by communication with work council group
- Contact with job agencies (contracts, sending attendance list, recruitment processes)
- Interview with potential candidates
- Monitoring of changes in Labour law
- Contacts with state institutions (ZUS, US – tax office, Urząd Pracy - Labour office)
- University degree
- minimum 3 years’ Experience in HR Department (prefer - by Production company)
- English skills – advanced or intermediate
- HR business administration – Experience (RCP, SAP (welcome))
- Self-confident person, reliable, positive and flexible thinking, stress resistant
- This person can be able to say “NO”
