For our Client, Finnish company, the leader in bio and forest industries we are looking for experienced Candidates for the position of HR Specialist with German
The HR Specialist will be member of the Kraków HR Shared Service team providing high quality day-to-day service in the area of Human Resources forthe Companybusinesses globally. HR Specialist will provide support in multiple areas of HR administration for employees located in several countries.
The successful Candidate will be responsible forproviding expertise advice to employees in any HR related queries, preparing all kinds of HR documentation and files, maintaining high quality data processed in HR systems (SAP HR), providing reports to the Client within the scope of responsibilities, assisting in recruitment processes, coordination &monitoring training and development activities reacting to the Client requests and queries in a timely and professional manner
An deal Candidatehas at least 1 year of professional experience, preferable in HR outsourcing, accountancyor in similar role, has minimum Bachelor degree (preferable HR management),speaks excellent Englishand fluentlyin German,has strong communication skills and systematic approach, is a team worker and demonstrates behaviours consistent with the company’s vision, has strong detail orientation and accuracy, is experienced with SAP HR system (an asset).
