An International IT company is looking for HR Specialist in Gdańsk:
Your new company
Our client, an international company from IT sector, offer an exciting opportunity for a person who wants to build HR career in a fast-changing tech world. You will join HR Team and support their organization in building strong people and tech oriented environment in Gdansk.
Your new role
As HR Specialist, you will be a point of contact for HR topics for managers and employees. You will providing end-to-end HR advice to Engineering Managers from Poland, Norway and Sweden. You will participating or leading of both local and global scale HR projects. You will cooperate with HR Teams in Poland, Norway and Sweden. You will supporting initiatives focused on building strong organizational structure and engagement strategies. Your responsibility will be coordination of local and global employee feedback surveys and monitoring of improvement plans. You will be participate in onboarding process for new hires and leading Exit Interviews with leavers. What is more you will be involved in preparation of internal training in soft and tech skills, language courses and other initiatives from L&D area. You will be responsible for Leading Performance Management process, helping in building feedback rich culture and updating HR systems and on-time execution of assigned tasks.
What you'll need to succeed
You need to have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field, At least 2 years of experience at similar HR position within an international environment, preferable from IT sector. The successful candidate needs to be fluent/very good in English – both verbal and written. In order to be successful in this role you need to have strong interpersonal skills to communicate professionally with employees and positively persuade, motivate and influence others and have a creative approach in solving problems. You need to have ability to work independently as well as be a part of a bigger team in various HR initiatives and have experience in building strong, trust oriented culture among employees.
