HR Specialist
Location: GdańskJOB DESCRIPTION: Full time
Due to continuous growth of our office in Gdańsk, we are looking for an organized and motivated colleague who will join our team as a HR Specialist. You will be responsible for providing HR support to group of consultants that support the business of our customers in Gdańsk, Gdynia, Tczew and Bydgoszcz.
Your responsibilities:
- Providing HR support to group of consultants that work at our clients’ premises
- Arranging travels
- Facilitating visa, work permit and work authorization services
- Assisting employees with their requests and answering questions
- Building and developing good relationships with customers and consultants
- Cooperating with external companies e.g. payroll service provider, health and safety at work service providers etc.
- Ensuring legal compliance in local branch (employment docs, medical check-ups, health & safety at work trainings, work permits)
- Assisting with new employee hiring processes (documents, induction program)
- Maintaining data in HRM system (regular update, uploading documentation)
- Administrating employee benefits program (medical care, multisport cards) like enrollment, changes, termination etc.
- Managing reports related to attendance, holidays and bonuses
- Assisting with performance reviews and termination processes
- Initiating and support to HR projects
- Organizing company events (team building, Christmas party)
- Providing operational support to the branch (office supplies, external services and item orders (e.g. carpet cleaning, water, milk, coffee, stationery; delivery, furnishing offices, internet connection & air conditioning issues, kitchen equipment); ordering of hardware and software, incl. company phones
What you need to have:
- At least 2 years of proven HR experience
- Knowledge of Polish labor law
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Excellent client facing skills
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluent Polish and English
