Location: Gdańsk
The primary purpose of the job is ensuring that HR related processes are well administered and maintained and providing HR services the with quality standards. Person employed on this position is responsible for coordinating data between the company, HR and an employee; processes and checks according to the customers’ instructions, while assuring to meet quality standards and accepted HR principles.
As a HR specialist you will be responsible for:
• Processing employee data precisely and in timely manner (from onboarding, workforce administration, employee lifecycle and exit administration)
• Ensuring accurate data updates in the HR system (WorkDay)
• Resolving employees’ concerns and requests
• Identifying potential process improvements
• Participating in a transition project
Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor´s degree in HR / Economics
• Experience gainted in HR department (preferably in Shared Services environment)
• Knowledge of Human Capital Management (Workday, SuccessFactors) tools will be a strong asset
• Personnel administration related experience
• Fluent English / Other European languages will be a strong advantage
• High interpersonal skills
• Customer focus
• Detail oriented and well-organized
• Accuracy and attention to details particularly with regard to personnel data processing
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (advanced Excel)
