A Scandinavian production company from a construction industry which has been developing dynamically in Poland is looking for an HR Specialist / HR Generalist. The position is based within 20 kilometres from Międzychód.
Your new role
Your new role will involve both soft and hard HR tasks. On the one hand you will be responsible for the entirety of recruitment process (especially blue collar workers), e.g. screening job candidates and conducting interviews. On the other hand you will also have other duties related to benefits administration, employee retention, holidays, sick leaves and the like. HR Specialist will have an opportunity to business travel abroad.
What you'll need to succeed
A successful candidate for an HR Generalist will have a University degree and knowledge connected with Human Resources. Additionally, he or she will have no problems with communication in English, will know Polish labour law and will have worked 2-3 years in an HR department of a production company before.
