On behalf of our Client, an international law organisation, we are currently looking for candidates for a position of HR Reporting Specialist, who will join the HR team in Shared Service Centre in Warsaw.
Your next position
HR Reporting Specialist will be preparing various reports along with the business needs. Cyclically the Reporting Specialist will generate and process datato prepare simple reports in terms of HR variables such as fluctuation or salaries and benefits. Additionally the job holder will be required to prepare more complex, ad-hoc reports in term of employees KPI’sand similar data in close cooperation with managers and business partners in Western Europe area.HR Reporting Specialist will be also daily cooperating with IT and HRIS teamsin administration of Business Intelligence tools and to ensure the best quality data and process effectiveness, proposing and implementing new solutions and system improvements.
What do you need to succeed?
We are looking for candidates with min. 1 year of experience in data reporting in HR area.Due to the international working environment and daily contact with foreign internal customers, the candidates should present excellent English skills.Also proficient knowledge of MS Excelis required. The candidates should present high communication and analytical skills and strong detail-attach approach.
