On behalf of my Client, an international company, we are seeking Candidates to fill the position of HR Reporting and Data Analyst.
Main responsibilities on this position will include provide expertise in HR data integrity, develop a data quality scorecard, gathering and calculating business KPIs, preparing information to support audits and data analysis for management reports. HR Reporting and Data Analyst will be also responsible for maintaining positive relationships with senior stakeholders as well as for seeking improvement of HR systems and end data by cooperating with HRIS and IT teams.
We are looking for Candidates with minimum one year of experience on a similar position. Fluent English is required as well as knowledge of IT tools (MS Excel, Oracle BI, PeopleSoft). The ideal Candidates need a very good analytical skills but also communicational skills to collaborate with business partners.
