On behalf of our Client, an international company from chemical sector, we are currently looking for theHR Operations Managerto join a new HR team based in Warsaw.
On this position you will be responsible for building, coaching and managing a new team of HR and Payroll Specialists, participating in stabilization process and system implementation, developing and implementing a strategy for HR Operations team. Moreover, the Manager will cooperate with vendors and other teams in EMEA region, prepare reports for management and monitor the payroll function to ensure all procedures are being followed.
We are seeking candidates with minimum 5 years of professional experience on a similar position, gained preferably in SSC environment. Working knowledge of SAP HR system is required as well as fluency in English. Previous experience in migration process and system implementation will be an additional asset. The ideal candidate should have an excellent leadership, project management and organization skills.
