ROLE DESCRIPTION
In this role you will provide HR service support on how to initiate HR transactions. You also know how to perform regarding to managing calls using the case management system. You have experience in working and providing guidance on systems and processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide user support and how to access and answer questions regarding the HR self service tools and systems. Run out and create reports of HR systems.
You are able to maintain, develop and manage the database the company is working with and know how to work regarding to the performance standards the department is working with.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in English and German
- Bachelor degree
- Experience in providing guidance on systems and processes
