As an HR Manager you will be part of global, fast-growing logistic company with offices in Wrocław and Warsaw.
Your new role
Scope of your duties will includemanaging of HR Team (around 10 team members), coordinating work of Payroll team and maintaining human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. You will be responsible for the company side legal obligation related with any payments and be strictly cooperate with local director and management from companies headquarter.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you need to have min.10 years of HR experience and at least 3 years’ experience as an HR Manager.University degree in HR, or related.Great knowledge of Polish labour law, very good command ofEnglish and Polish and working independently with strong problem solving and good communication skills are also highly required.
