Your new role
The main responsibilities on that position will include everyday cooperation with the leadership team, developing and implementing HR strategy for the business that aids the achievement of the overall strategic objectives of the business; providing leadership and guidance; driving major change initiatives that will assist the business in reducing cost, improving delivery performance and quality improvement; driving improvements in the resourcing and recruitment process for successful long term succession planning. You will also be responsible for developing communications and champion engagement processes at all levels; coaching and developing the leadership team to maximize organizational effectiveness; developing and maintaining HR information systems; creating an employer brand that promotes the business externally; ensuring all employees understand and comply with the Work Regulations.
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous significant HR experience in manufacturing environment and broad business knowledge will lead to your success. Being flexible, hands-on person with strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and ability to communicate to all levels within the organisation in both Polish and English is a must. We will be happy to see that you are proactive, self-motivated person who is not afraid of new professional challenges.
