A Shared Service Centre of an international, prestigious organization based in Poznań is looking for an experienced HR Manager with fluent English.
Your new role
Your new responsibilities will include managing the HR function (recruiting, developing and evaluating team members), supporting functional/center leadership, helping develop a learning strategy, managing the design, oversee office-based evaluation processes
What you'll need to succeed
Successful candidates will have an 6 years HR experience, with at least 2 years of managerial experience on similar position, fluent knowledge of English and Polish. Moreover you should have a Master's Degree, preferably in HR . Knowledge of Polish labor law and other related regulations will be an advantage. What you'll get in return
