On behalf of our Client- large multinational production company located near Opole- we are looking for HR Manager (new role).
A successful Candidate will be responsible for all HR tasks such as recruitment area, training and development, creating HR procedures, work regulations, managing payroll as well as close collaboration with the other employees, including managers. You will be responsible for supporting the business, coordinate HR processes and participate in various projects.
We are looking for Candidates with minimum 5 years of experience in international environment within the HR administration field preferably on HR Generalist or HR Business Partner position with excellent English or German skills. Polish labor law knowledge is a must as well as ability to work under the pressure of time and deadlines.
