For our Client, global production company from automotive industry, we are looking for HR Manager.
Your new role
Your scope of responsibilities will include: supervising and coordinating activities related to the creation and implementation of HR systems and tools, co-creating employment plans, supporting and supervising the recruitment process. Moreover you will be participatingin planning the investment, training and departmental budget as well as responsibility for its implementation. As a key person in organisation you will be representing the plant towards external institutions,planning and development of competencies of subordinate employees.
What you'll need to succeed
Min.5 years of experience in managing the team in the personnel department in a production company, preferably from automotive sector. Experience in implementing and applying HR systems: motivational, bonus, payroll, training, PR, development of employee competencies. You need to have very good command of English.
