HR Manager

The person dedicated to this role will be responsible for supporting the company's Management Board and management team in Head Office (including Group subsidiaries) in people management processes, providing them with creative and innovative solutions to help the business grow on the local area, in coherence with common law and best practices in HR.

Description

  • Development and implementation of HR policy, consistent with the strategy and objectives of the company
  • Participation in the HR standards development in the Group and the responsibility for implementing them in the Head Office
  • HR processes and systems management
  • Taking care of and responsibility for the issues related to: recruitment & selection, training & development
  • Advisory on current legislation and employment law by keeping up to date with changes in employment legislation
  • Day-to-day employees issues management, such as: holidays, sick leaves, time attendance, grievances and disciplinary
  • Administration of the periodical HR processes such as salary review or appraisal process
  • Co - creating the HR strategy in accordance with the global and local business strategy
  • Effective co-operation with external authorities and services providers
  • Reporting and analysis in the field of HR in accordance with Group standards

Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience on a similar position (with a proven track record in an industrial environment)
  • Experience in Head Office, within international environment will be a great asset
  • Very good knowledge of Polish legislation and common law and practical approach to applying legal solutions
  • University degree in human resources, psychology, economy, business administration or law
  • Fluency in written and verbal English and Polish is a must
  • Experience in designing HR solutions in response to business needs
  • Business awareness, drive, ability and courage to support Senior Managers in business management
  • Ability to build good relationships with people at all levels within and outside the organization
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills: good work organization with ability to adapt quickly to fast changing circumstances
  • Flexibility of thinking, creativeness and innovational approach to arising business and HR issues
  • High level of self-motivation and involvement in work
  • Assertiveness and high stress resistance
  • SAP knowledge will be an advantage
