For our Client, a global financial institution we are looking for an ambitious, creative and experienced Candidate to take up the position of the SSC HR Manager.
Your new role
As the HR Manager you will be a part of the Leadership team and you will participate actively in all both strategic and operational activities of the entity, providing insight and sharing experience going beyond the HR area. You will be managing a team of approximately 15 employees, providing ongoing coaching and direction. You will work closely with multiple parts and function of the organization and act as a true business partner and will be responsible for maintaining, developing and adherence to the policies, regulations and guidelines and ensuring compliance with both internal standards as well as external regulations.
What you'll need to succeed
You need to have 7-10 years of experience in the HR function, 3-5 of which on the managerial position. You need to have experience in creating HR structures and policies. You need to have experience of working within SSC/BPO sector. Your communication portfolio and soft skills have to be on the highest level. You need to be able to take care of some EB strategies and develop them to attract the greatest talents. Your English has to be fluent (min. C1 level).
