Job description:
- Support and implement strategic personnel and organizational changes within the company
- Advise managers on organizational design specifically within the manufacturing setting, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment and development
- Manage relations with labor unions within plants
- Manage, coach, and develop team of subordinates
- Ensure the necessary systems and procedures are effectively managed in order to attract, recruit, train and develop all company employees
- Consolidate training plans and control of execution according to company goals
- Manage of the payroll processes
- Oversee implementation of HR administration system
- Coordination of internal communication
Requirements:
- 5 - 10 years of experience in HR gained in a production environment
- Practical knowledge of Labor law within Poland and international settings
- International experience required
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly establish the necessary credibility through all the levels of the organization to influence and coach other senior managers
- Target-driven with can-do attitude
- High desire to drive and implement changes throughout the organization
- Fluent English is required
