- Improve the processes within the HR department with a focus on enhancing people management skills.
- Establish a strategic partnership with other team leaders concerning to Talent, Organizational Design and Executive Coaching.
- Lead the organization towards a global HR model.
- At least 6 years of experience in all-round HR roles
- Excellent communication and coaching skills.
- Proven track in change management projects or roles

Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Psychology or similar field.- At least 6 years of experience in all-round HR roles
- Excellent communication and coaching skills.
- Proven track in change management projects or roles
