Our client is a global manufacturer of drives and controls,providing precise engineering solutions, which is constantly developing its structures. Therefore, we are looking for candidates for the position of HRIS Systems Manager (EMEA).
HRIS Manager is responsible forplanning, developing and implementing the regional HRIS Roadmap, sustainable HRIS solutions, and services that support the Corporate HR strategy across the EMEA region. This role will be the primary contact to a variety of stakeholders, including HR, Finance and Information Technology, to ensure they and their clients will have the HRIS solutions they need to be well-informed and able to make thoughtful, data-driven decisions and to execute the relevant HR processes. The role combines working “hands-on” with technical applications, key data analysis with strategic consulting and strong project management exposure with HR focus. Regional travel may be required (approximately 20%).
We are looking for candidates with:
- at least 10 years overall experience with a minimum of 5 years previous experience acquired in a similar role (technical expertise within HR Information Systems)
- working knowledge of PeopleSoft HRMS, UltiPro Payroll and Success Factors desired
- strong experience working with analytics tools- skills in using data extraction tools and techniques - Tableau, SQL and Microsoft Excel
