Your new company
A global provider of financial advice and solutions is looking for HR Generalist in newly opened Business Solution Center in Wroclaw

Your new role
You will act as an expert in Polish labor law, provide advice; cooperate closely with HR system supplier, payroll services, benefit administration; prepare complete and correct payroll data; provide guidelines to Line Managers on HR related queries, update information in line with internal procedures, policies and labor law. You will also supervise onboarding process for new joiners & benefit administration ; support continuous process improvements initiatives & change projects in Poland; cooperate closely with other HR functions and the management team worldwide and maintain HR local and global applications.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will need to possess 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources area, preferably with strong payroll experience and strong knowledge of Polish labor law. Apply for the job if you are a great communicator, flexible team player with a sharp eye for detail.
