For our Client, an international company within automotive industry we are looking for HR Generalistwith great knowledge and experience in both hard and soft HR.
Working on this position you will be responsible formanaging the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource office. You will be also managing the administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs and carrying out responsibilities in the following functional areas: departmental development, Human Resource Information Systems, employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organizational development, and employment.
To be successful on this positionyou need to speak fluent English and ideally have 3 to 5 years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions. Your Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development or equivalent will be appreciated. Master’s degree is preferred. You should also have general knowledge of employment law and practices and experience in the administration of benefits and other HR programs and systems. We will be happy to see that you are motivated, independent individual, with great communication skills and that you have excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
