Our Client is an international group of laboratories providing testing and support services to the pharmaceutical, food, environmental and FMCG industries. Currently we are looking for Candidates for position HR Genralist. Location Katowice.
The HR Generalist in Poland will assist the HR Business Partner Team, located in Group Service Centre in Brussels. A person on this position will assist in drafting of contracts and contractual documents for employees. This person will monitor and coordinate the internal endorsement process for hiring new employees, provideall relevant information regarding to contracts and compensation and benefit packages. The person will collaborate on different projects and ad-hoc matters related to the Employee Lifecycle.
A successful candidate should have minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR field, Master's degree(economics, finance, HR etc.) and experience in multinational environment. A very good knowledge of English language is also required.
