For our Client, global and stable company located on surrounding area of Rzeszów city, we are looking for experienced HR Director.
Your new role
The main goal of the position will be conducting company's projects using HR Technics and tools, in accordance with company's values and strategies. Leading internal and external communication, moreover acting as a strategic HR partner to the Management Board and all Managers.
As a HR Director you will be also responsible for managing team of approx.10 people, both soft and hard HR like: recruiting, training, succession planning, employer branding, compensation&benefits, payroll, administration and security.
What you'll need to succeed
As an ideal candidate, you have a Master Degree in HR/law/management, min. 3 years of relevant experience as HR Director in global company, you possess understanding of production processes, experience in team management and solid knowledge of HR.
Excellent knowledge of English and Polish, very good knowledge of MS office, especially Excel, profound expertise in Labour Law are highly required.
