For our Client, stable production company located in surrounding area of Legnica, we are looking for HR Director to join their international structure and be a member of the plant management team.
Your new role
The general areas of responsibility include proactive introduction to the management team, with understanding of business processes and organisational needs, coaching of the management team and managers in general. Lasting implementation and further development of organisation's values and expansion of KPIs relevant to HR to pursue and enhance the plant's goals will be also part of duties.
What you'll need to succeed
As an ideal candidate, you have a good academic education and min. 7 years of relevant experience of modern Human Resources. You need to act confidentiality, successfully and with pleasure in matrix structure.
Excellent knowledge of English - German would be an asset - very good knowledge of MS office, outstanding presentation skills, profound expertise in employment, tax and social security legislation are highly required.
