For our Client, global company providing innovative products and services in B2B, we are looking for a candidate who would manage HR processes in a new SSC in Tricity on the position of HR Director.
Your new role
The Human Resources Director will be responsible for actively managing all talent acquisition, retention and employee relations activities. Day to day duties will include acting as a member of the local management team by providing guidance to the business with an emphasis on people-related actions. The position holder will responsible for developing, monitoring, implementing and interpreting policies, procedures and practices. This person will be reporting directly to VP of HR in London and to General Manager in Gdańsk.
What you'll need to succeed
The Ideal Candidate will have at least 7 years of HR generalist/manager experience, most preferably in SSC/BPO environment and a Bachelor’s Degree (Masters preferred) in Human Resource Management or related field. We are looking for energetic, committed and passionate individual who has strong interpersonal skills. You need to have understanding of local country labour code, and an ability to communicate clearly about local HR-related legal requirements. To be successful on this position you need to work in a collaborative style, demonstrate confidence and move others to action by planning, motivating and organizing work tasks. Excellent English is a must .
