HR Director (m/f)
The successful candidate will act as a key business partner by driving and embedding HR strategies, providing professional HR expertise and supporting and coaching internal client groups who are located in Poland.
Client Details
For our Client a well-known international organization, a Global leader in its sector currently we are looking for experienced professionals on the newly created position of HR Director. As the company significantly grew during recent years, the complexity of processes and diversity of teams is much higher, a need to set up professional HR function in the organization became one of priorities for the local management board. Thus we are seeking to recruit an experienced, target-driven and operational person who will reshape a professional HR function with the organization.
Description
- Review all the current processes and policies to identify and recommend appropriate solutions; complete implementation and standardisation of all HR processes
- Work directly with the management board and leaders of different business units in applying company policies, ensuring alignment to rules and law aspects
- Improve internal communication in the organization; Ensure that managers and staff are fully aware of HR policies
- Implement HR strategy within the organization working alongside business leaders
- Work closely with business leaders and line management providing expert guidance on a variety of HR matters
- Work within and apply key business drivers to people management strategies
- Advise on compliance and risk management issues
- Introduce and drive change management initiatives
- Overall responsibility of the recruitment process
- Evaluate and make recommendations on cost-effective training and development programs
- Act as the externally facing representative for HR for the organization
- Enforce best practice
- Lead and develop the HR team
Profile
- Master's Degree in HR, Business or Management
- Experience operating as a HR Manager with proven track record in meeting high standards in demanding, commercial environment
- Success track record in supporting dynamically growing companies in development of HR culture
- Solid understanding of HR fundamentals - local labour laws / compensations & benefits processes / structures, employee and industrial relations, learning and development
- Strong interpersonal skills to establish immediately the necessary credibility through all the levels of the organisation to influence and coach other managers
- Strong abilities to build relationships and manage multiple stakeholder's interests
- Excellent organizational skills, with ability to set priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Good coaching and facilitation skills
- Open- and cross-culturally minded
- Fluency in Polish and very good command of English is a must
