For our client we are looking for
HR DIRECTOR / BOARD MEMBER
Responsibilities:
- Implement all HR firm systems, processes and procedures for recruitment, employment, promotions,
- Working out personnel cost budget
- Active searches for recruitment methods, development and trainings solutions among staff, leading recruitment and selection process
- Cooperation with external institutions and firms of staff recruitment and development
- Reporting progress in all HR fields
Requirements:
- University degree (preferred: human resources, psychology, social science, economics, law)
- Min. 8 years of experience on the similar position, preferably in international company
- Coordinating and taking part in creating and implementing HR tools: compensation and benefits, salary grading, succession planning, evaluation programs, competencies models, job profiles, motivation systems
- Fluent English is a must
- Experience in cooperation with external consulting firms
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organized, flexible thinking with teamwork abilities
- Running own HR consultancy firm is acceptable
- Experience with labor unions negotiations
