On behalf of our Client, global Shared Service Center, we are looking for HR Customer Care Specialist with German/Spanish/Italian to join its team in Warsaw.
In this role you will be responsible for acting as a first point of contact for employees, answering all queries regarding to payroll and benefits process, conducting research and analysis according to each request, supporting other employees and cooperating with Payroll, Compensation&Benefits teams. On this position you will work on continuous improvements of service delivery.
We are looking for Candidates with minimum one year of experience on similar position and with basic knowledge of Payroll processes and employee benefits. Fluency in English and German, Spanish or Italian is a must. Knowledge of SAP and Workday system will be a strong asset. We are seeking Candidates with good customer service attitude, excellent communicational and organizational skills.
