For our Client, prestigious global organisation with an international Business Services Centre in Wrocław, we are searching for skilled individual that is willing to develop as a HR Country Manager.

Your new role
For our Client we are looking for HR Country Manager who:
Leads the work and manages the HR Advisor teams. Skilled in leading the delivery and execution of talent, compensation, benefits, employee relations and special project initiatives; works with Communities of Expertise and strategic HR business partners to deliver an effective HR service; interacts with Lines of Business as required on service delivery.
Leads on special projects, liaising with the Line of Business, CoE’s and Strategic HR Business Partners to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
Manages and/or co-ordinates the delivery and execution of HR solutions of core CoE-designed processes including Talent and Development, Compensation & Mobility, Employee Relations, M&A and Special Projects across a specified internal client group. Work includes but is not limited to highly complex aspects of year-end compensation planning, annual talent review and succession planning, performance management and manager feedback and advice on daily activities such as new hire offers/internal promotions assisting with development plans.
Ensures the efficient delivery of the spectrum of HR services. Monitors and reviews underlying processes for continual improvement and maximum efficiency. Manages and/or co-ordinates the intake and management within set guidelines on sensitive and highly complex Employee Relations cases, manager enquiries etc. Acts as an escalation point on more highly complex matters and liaises with HR Business Partners, Line of Business and CoEs.
Manages and/or coordinates the delivery of adhoc reporting & analysis, merger & acquisition work and special projects to support Senior HR Business Partner for Poland & Germany, HR Director and Strategic HR BPs working with CoEs as required.
Assists the HR Advisor Regional Manager with the recruitment, direction and motivation of the local HR team and helps develop staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team.
Acts as a coach to less experienced staff as required. Manages risk, ensuring the local HR teams comply with policy & process and reinforces the regulatory and audit requirements .

What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in spectrum of management skills including but not limited to; coaching, feedback, performance management, workforce planning, hiring & development
- Good understanding of Polish Labour Law and relevant employment legislation
- Experienced HR professional with demonstrable skills in complex ER case management, HR projects, compensation, talent and change management - Fluent in Polish and English
