HR Change and Implementation Lead

Role and responsibilities
• Establishes the governance and working groups for HSEP & HBPL, including reporting and status tracking, escalation and on-boarding and training of new resources if required
• Provides resources with their implementation and change activities, based on content and plan details provided to them by the Regional C&I team and other Workstreams (as appropriate)
• Provides country level insight, impact assessments, localisations and requirements, to ensure the delivery activities meet local needs
• Escalates any country specific change requests as appropriate
• Tracks activities against country level plans which will be in line with the overall Implementation and Change plans and reports back to the Regional C&I Lead on status, including the collection and escalation of all country level issues and risks
• Although jobholder will not have direct reports, he/she will have responsibility for leading and directing their Country C&I network to ensure successful delivery
• Conscientiously tracks progress of mitigating actions for risks/issues/ dependencies to abolish or minimise impact on programme outcome and highlights any scope change risks/issues/ dependencies as they arise
• Maintains project change control, ensuring any changes to baseline are managed through change request and all impacts are considered

• C&I Lead will manage content and direction from multiple streams (including Implementation, Change, Communications and Training teams) as required
Skills / Experience
• Strong stakeholder management skills in order to continually drive delivery and deployment of readiness activities across the Poland network
• Strong communication (verbal / written)
• Proven direct or indirect leadership skills
• End user focus, considering the needs of the client/users and their overall experience
• Understanding of the principles of Change and Project Management (including Cultural Change) and the impact on the wider business and end users
• Experience of supporting delivery into complex, large and matrix environments, and understands that locality needs can be wide and varying
• Experience in either HR system deployments or self-service tools or models (desirable)
