On behalf of our Client, international manufacturing company, we are looking for the person for the position of HR Business Partner.
Your new role
The person on this position will be a part of HR Team, reporting directly to HR Director and will be responsible for implementing HR policy in business strategy of the company. The main tasks on this position will include:
conducting recruitment processes, cooperation with temporary recruitment agencies, on-boarding, employer branding programmes, implementation of global HR processes (Talent management, Leadership Development, Performance management),performance appraisals, creating individual career trajectories and delivering training programs. The person on this position will work closely to business, support managers in strategic initiatives,coach managers, support employees in their labour law issues. In addition HR Business Partner will monitor, follow up, consolidate HR KPI’s.The person on this position will also have to ensure policies, guidelines, and procedures are in complies with employment laws.
What you'll need to succeed
From the Candidate we require min. 2 year of experience on similar position in Human Resources Department. Fluent English and very good knowledge of labour law is a must. Moreover, we seek Candidates with analytical and problem solving skills as well as strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills. Preferable Candidate should be a highly communicative, well organized person and a team player.
