Our Client is an international company which has decided to establish a new center in Cracow, due to expansion of their operations. The Centre will focus mostly on finance & accounting processes - currently we are in the processes of completing leadership team, including HR Business Partnerwho will be the core of the center in Poland.
The major responsibilities on this position will include:
We are looking for a leader who presents relevant experience in HR Operationsin SSC / BPO centre, having exposure to senior stakeholders as well as sound knowledge of Polish labour law. You need to speak fluent English as well as present high business acumen, excellent interpersonal, problem solving and organisational skills. Previous experience in building new structures are also desirable.

- Building new SSC in Cracow, recruiting the leadership team and creating the culture
- Driving talent strategy in partnership with Site Leader, including career paths and people development
- Assisting with all internal and external HR related matters
- Coordinating talent acquisition and end to end recruitment processes
- Management of HR administration activities
- Providing accurate and consistent support to employees in various HR related topics and help to resolve issues
- Verifying and maintaining documentation relating to HR activities such as staffing, training and performance evaluations
- Close cooperation with an external parties where relevant
- Gathering and analysing data with useful HR metrics
- Performing other HR projects and tasks as assigned
