For one of our Client, global group of energy and petrochemical companies, we are looking for Candidates for HR Associate position.
Your new role
A person on this position will be fully responsible for cooperation with external partners providing benefits and HR services, coordination of human resources and payroll document in close cooperation with the HR Operations Centre as well as coordination of the onboarding process of new joiners (contact with the candidate, onboarding meeting, collecting full documentation) and offboarding process for leavers.
Essential responsibilities include also HR documentation updates as per the country legislation and keeping up to date internal HR intranet, including benefits information, policies, procedures, forms, as well as SAP HR and WorkDay system verification including updates of pay accuracy, personal and organizational data.
An HR Associate, as a member of the internal communication team on behalf of the human resources department, will be fully E2E responsible for publication of any HR related information on the internal platform and via e-mail, including preparation of a communication plan. A person on position of HR Associate will be full accountable for BeWell programme, in cooperation of the Staff Council.
What do You need to succeed?
You hold a master degree within human resource management, psychology or sociology and You have up to 3 year experience working in the HR Department in a similar position at the international company. You have very good knowledge of Excel, SAP HR and WorkDay system, great communication skills and use English language at fluent level (min B2).
